Company Operations in Response to Complete Lifting of COVID-19 Imposed State of Emergency
Our sincere condolences to victims of COVID-19, and we hope for the quick recovery of those who have been infected. We also offer sincere gratitude towards healthcare professionals who are working at the forefront to treat patients, and everyone who is helping to support the community infrastructure.
Responding to the Japanese Government’s recent decision to lift the state of emergency completely, PHC Holdings Corporation (headquarters: Tokyo, Japan) will be reopening company sites which have remained closed, from June 1. However, as we prioritize the safety of customers and employees, those who work at the reopening sites below and the PHC Corporation Osaka site that reopened on May 25, will continue to work from home, except in special cases where they perform essential duties that cannot be performed remotely. At other sites in Japan, employees will continue to work from home as much as possible. When a customer visit is required, upon receipt of the customer’s consent, the visiting employee will strictly implement infection prevention measures such as temperature measurement, wearing of face masks, hand-washing, etc.
