Please be advised of the changes in Board of Directors at PHC Holdings Corporation decided at the Board of Directors Meeting held today. Changes in Board of Directors effective on December 1, 2020 are subject to official approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting to be held on November 30, 2020. The change in Board of Directors effective on March 25, 2021 is subject to official approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on the same day of the implementation.
