Education/Training
PHC Europe's employees must attend information security training on a regular basis. This includes background, key concepts, classification and how to handle confidential information. Also the importance and legal regulations with regard to the protection of personal data are discussed.
Management Tool
The PHC Group has introduced malware detection tools to protect the organization from cyberattacks as well as information leakage within the group.
Incident Management
Information security incidents response reporting lines and relevant procedures are in place and maintained.
